• Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling designs for a variety of digital and print mediums
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Create social media graphics, including posts, ads, and banners
• Design website graphics, including banners, icons, and landing pages
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet project objectives
• Take direction from leadership or the client and adjust designs to meet feedback
• Meet project deadlines and communicate progress to the design team
• Continually develop skills and stay up-to-date with design trends and technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in a Mac OS environment
• Must have the ability to work remotely and in an office setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas to the design team
• Basic understanding of photography, ability to understand shadows, angles and depth
• Familiarity of online apps & resources such as Canva, Envato, Vecteezy and more
• Familiarity using communication software such as Slack or Gchat

• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with animation and video editing software
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creative problem-solving
